FORD powershift DCT6 , FORD TCM Programming

  Ford Powershift DCT6 transmissions have had they share of issues over the years. TCM's are prone to failure In these transmissions. New units are generally on back-order for months on end, often with no ETA.

   Solution often to install a used TCM.  Many times, when used TCM installed, the vehicle will not shift from Park. Going thru relearn process will not work. Programming with factory tool will often fail with invalid configuration and will not complete the process.

   We are able to clone the existing TCM into a used unit.  The vehicle will recognize the TCM and allow it to drive. In rare events the original data can't be copied, we are able to install the proper calibration, but some programming will be necessary when installed in vehicle.

  New OEM TCM's can also be programmed with factory software.
