Subaru VVT Codes

On many Subaru vehicles, VVT codes may be set and nearly impossible to clear. These codes will usually set after timing repairs, but not always.

 Affected  are Subaru's with FA and FB engines. After all diagnostic and following TSB 02-163-16R, the recommended solution is replacing ECM? Don't replace, we can Reset the ECM to a learning mode,  no need to replace ECM.

-2012 MY to Current Impreza 2.0L Models; 

-2013 MY to Current XV Crosstrek; 

-2011 MY to Current Forester 2.5L Models; 

-2014 MY to Current Forester 2.0L DIT Models; 

-2015 MY to Current WRX; 

-2013 MY to Current BRZ; 

-2019 MY Ascent

P0016 CRANKSHAFT POSITION-CAMSHAFT POSITION CORRELATION BANK1, SENSOR A 

P0017 CRANKSHAFT POSITION-CAMSHAFT POSITION CORRELATION BANK1, SENSOR B 

P0018 CRANKSHAFT POSITION-CAMSHAFT POSITION CORRELATION BANK2, SENSOR A 

P0019 CRANKSHAFT POSITION-CAMSHAFT POSITION CORRELATION BANK2, SENSOR B

  And possibly these;
