     Is my battery in Protection mode? 

     Most batteries that read zero volts across the terminals and will not receive a charge, have likely entered Protection mode. Batteries involved in a collision can also enter protection mode and will no longer charge.

          This is a Repair Service or Exchange of your existing battery module. 

    You will need to remove and send us complete battery assembly or the battery charging controller. 

  The battery will be plug and play after repair,  if your battery is repaired. The software and settings will not be changed/modified. No software reload or calibration is required after installation.

    For Exchanged batteries, coding may be necessary.

   All batteries will be fully charged and tested. LIN-BUS circuits will be tested.

    2 years warranty on reset,  if battery enters lockdown mode from low charge again.

    6 Month warranty on Exchanged battery.
